Flushes the current buffer.

參數

xmlwriter: 僅用于過程調用。被修改的 XMLWriter 實例對象。此資源來自于對 xmlwriter_open_uri() 或 xmlwriter_open_memory() 的調用。
empty: Whether to empty the buffer or not. Default is true.

返回值

If you opened the writer in memory, this function returns the generated XML buffer, Else, if using URI, this function will write the buffer and return the number of written bytes.
